great intermediate piano song with just 2 or 3 flets?

Hi, I'm 26 years old, but I stopped playing when I was 16, and barely
touched it since. I bought a keyboard and have been fairly diligent
with my practice so I can now play some songs that are considered by
many to be intermediate level (Comptine D'Ateur(?), Beethoven's
Moonlight Sonata No. 14 in C-Sharp Minor, etc... , but after having
dealt with so many sharps and no flets yet... I can't seem to wrap my
head around them.

I need practice for them because I really want to play Debussy's Clair
de Lune, and I figure it probably isn't a good idea to try to tackle
it without first getting some practice with a composition of just 2-3
flets first.

Thank you for any guidance.

P.S. I prefer a classical piece, but anything is fine just as long as
it sounds beautiful.
